An order is accepted only after we confirm it and successfully receive or verify the applicable payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, acceptance may be subject to phone, WhatsApp, address, or identity verification.

Lumos Lamp reserves the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Unserviceable or incomplete delivery address

  • Failed payment or payment verification

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

Unless stated otherwise, prices displayed on our Indian store include applicable taxes. Shipping fees, Cash on Delivery charges, handling fees, or other charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery dates and transit times displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals, public holidays, strikes, operational disruptions, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, government restrictions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code, contact number, and recipient information.

Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the shipment appears visibly damaged, tampered with, or opened, you should record clear evidence and contact us promptly.

Lumos Lamp is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store.

However, products purchased through our store are sold directly by Lumos Lamp. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling orders, providing product support, or resolving product-related claims.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates will not be responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from products purchased directly from Lumos Lamp.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable law.
